Copies of the book A Dancer in the Revolution: Stretch Johnson, Harlem Communist at the Cotton Club (Fordham University Press, 2014) will be on sale before and after the discussion. The event is cosponsored by the Tamiment Library & Robert F. Wagner Labor Archives and the Center for the United States and the Cold War.
