Join Tamiment for a book talk with Roberta Gold, Professor of History and American Studies at Fordham University, on Wednesday March 11 at 6:00 PM at the Tamiment Library (Tenth Floor, 70 Washington Square South). She will be discussing her new book When Tenants Claimed the City: The Struggle for Citizenship in New York City Housing (University of Illinois, 2014).

The talk is cosponsored by both the Tamiment Library and the Center for the United States and the Cold War. Copies ofWhen Tenants Claimed the City will be on sale before and after the discussion.
