The Goeth-Institut would like to invite you to their Career Day “Studying and Working in Germany.” This event is organized in cooperation with the DAAD, the German Consulate, the German-American Chamber of Commerce, Deutsches Haus at NYU, and representatives of a group of German universities. Students will learn about university programs, scholarships, internships, and work opportunities in Germany – and how studying German in college can help them boost their future careers.

During the day (10 am – 5:30 pm), there will be information booths of German universities and companies; we will offer 30-minute workshops and talks about studying, researching and working in Germany, and how to find and apply for scholarships and grants. In addition, we will have raffles, mini German language sessions, and games.

In a panel discussion at 5:30 pm, business representatives, educational experts and scholars will talk about how German/y made their careers. A reception with live music and networking opportunities will round out the day.
